Dubuque Initiatives Loan Plan
Dubuque Initiatives has partnered with the East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) and the COVID-19 Business Helpline to provide loans to small businesses in the City of Dubuque. Loans of $x,000 are repaid over a three-twelvemonth period at 1% interest. No interest or fees for the first six months after disbursement.

To apply:

Greater Dubuque Disaster Recovery Fund
Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply for grant funding to support their work assisting the well-nigh vulnerable populations impacted by the COVID-nineteen pandemic, including seniors and low-income residents. The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque continues to take donations to the fund, and is partnering with the United Style of Dubuque Area Tri-States to review grant applications and directly funding to nonprofit organizations requesting financial aid.
